Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 inboxes and 3,000 emails per month with no credit card. It's a hard cap — upgrade to Pro when you need more.
How does overage work?+
Paid plans bill overage per 1,000 emails beyond your included volume — $2.00 on Pro, $1.50 on Scale, and $1.00 on Business. The Free plan is a hard cap with no overage.
What counts as an inbox?+
An inbox is a real, addressable email address you provision for an agent. Your plan sets how many you can have active — from 3 on Free to 10,000 on Business, and custom on Enterprise.
